How we are working In line with Government guidance, the Healthwatch Bradford & District team are working from home and exploring new ways of gathering feedback and engaging with the community while we cannot work face to face. Our information and advice service is still running as normal.
Working with community groups We are keen to continue our community engagement as much as we can over the coming weeks, and would be happy to speak to local organisations by phone about what we do, and to find out more about what you do. We are also keen to find out what your members are experiencing with health and care services, and would be happy to take part in any online meetings if that would be appropriate as an alternative way to gather feedback. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to discuss.
Survey on experiences of health and care during the Covid-19 pandemic
This week Healthwatch Bradford & District have launched a survey about people's experiences of health and social care over the last few weeks. What has changed, and how has this worked for them? Have people managed to find the information they need? Have they received treatment for Covid-19?
The survey is a tool we are using to collect feedback from the public about their experience of information and advice, health services and the impact of Covid-19 on their wellbeing. It would be great if you could complete the survey and/or share the survey with colleagues/groups you work with to ensure their experiences are represented when we feedback to the NHS and local authority.

If you would prefer to share your views by phone, please get in touch with Healthwatch Bradford & District via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a call.
