About The Event

Recent findings from neuroscience has revealed that we all have “unconscious bias” hardwired into us Unconsciously, we tend to like people who look like us, think like us and come from backgrounds similar to ours. We don't deliberately choose our unconscious attitudes, we may not even be aware of them.

This course will help you to:

A raised awareness of how unconscious bias can affect our perceptions, decisions, and interactions.

• Understanding of the effect of projecting your values onto others.

• Learning to adapt your behaviour in ways that support a more productive working situation.

Suitable for: Any individual who communicates with others. Particularly relevant for those in decision-making positions.
